Identify Quality Supplements with
Adequate Coverage

So many nutrients, so many companies, and so many products. How can you find a product that will provide for broad nutrient coverage with adequate and optimal quantities.

Choosing a good supplement is extremely difficult unless you learn enough about the various nutrients to examine and compare product labels. If you don't have time for that, here are some quick easy things you can see at a glance.

At a glance ...

    Count the quantity of nutrients

    Are several nutrients at levels
    significantly higher than the RDAs

    Check for details about the
    nutrient sources

First just identify how many items you have to purchase from their product offering to get all the nutrients from the FOUR BASIC NUTRIENT GROUPS. That is count and see if the program provides for 16 vitamins, 72 minerals, 18 amino acids, and 3 essential fatty acids. Also, see if several nutrients are at levels significantly higher than the RDAs. If a company has taken the time to put together a product offering that has that level of coverage, they are the folks with products that you can trust; because they're NOT leaving anything out.

Also, check the level of label detail. If a company is paying for superior, more bioabsorbable nutrient sources, they're going to publish those details on their label. If the label doesn't state nutrient sources, you should avoid the product, they probably haven't even heard of the words optimal and adequate.

If you don't have time for this, your best option is to stand back and look at the credibility of the manufacturer and provider of the product. Are their product and nutrition statements straightforward and honest, or do they just have glitzy marketing techniques mingled with cliches and miraculous promises.

Purchase from a company that is in the business of nutrition. If their product focus is spread to thin to herbs, essential oils, pharmaceutical drugs, and other items, and they provide nutritional products as one of their many different products, most likely they will lack thoroughness in the optimal coverage of their nutritional products.

We will provide (currently free of charge) a review of any product. Send an empty bottle with the nutrient facts to:
